Grunge spawned out of the guts of rock bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam, and Alice In Chains. People wear mostly worn-in denim, flannel shirts, oversized sweaters, and layered textures. It also feels weird writing a blurb about this aesthetic because it just happened naturally. Dare I say it was more of a DGAF fashion? ((Do not cite the deep magic to me witch, I was there when it was written!))
